Hi, I’m Anette R. White.

I am a human resource professional with 20+ years of experience working with employees at all levels of the organization. My expertise is primarily in the areas of employee rewards, however, I have had significant experience in employee relations, recruiting, and other HR functions.  Over the years I have observed that employees with performance-related issues were not given a fair chance of improving. Instead, they are placed on a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) with no clear directions but rather an outline of the areas to be improved within a specified timeframe or be terminated. This can have a tremendous effect on employees’ self-esteem and self-confidence. I believe that with proper coaching to identify and strengthen areas of weakness and other developmental resources they can become highly productive, valuable employees.  

I work with young adults who are entering the workforce for the first time, new managers, middle managers, and under-performing individuals to identify blocks and utilize techniques such as time management, goal setting, and communication to build confidence and leadership skills and foster good habits for peak performance and goal attainment in their personal and professional lives. We co-create strategies to address areas that aren't working, steps to get there, and an accountability plan that works best for them to close the gap between where they are now and where they desire to be.

I am a sole practitioner and have a network of professionals with whom I am associated.
